Program Overview

Darrell A. Johnson, Attorney at Law may send you text messages (“SMS/MMS”) related to: appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to your inquiries, important updates about your matter, and occasional firm announcements (collectively, the “Program”). Messages are sent from a number which is to be determined.

Opt-In & Consent

• You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our Contact page or by texting JOIN to our number. (Opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.)
• Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of obtaining legal services.
• By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Opt-Out & Help

• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Supported Carriers & Delivery

Delivery may be affected by your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on major U.S. carriers and many regional carriers.

Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and provide a valid U.S. mobile number.
• For numbers reassigned to a new user, opt-out by replying STOP and contact us to update your records.

Content Scope

Messages are informational and service-related. We do not send marketing without appropriate consent. Messages are not legal advice and do not create an attorney–client relationship. For confidential matters, please call us or use a secure channel after engagement.

Changes & Termination

We may modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
